AMAZING! I was having trouble with my vinyl setup, and when I called the store that originally sold it to me they actually suggested that I call Bright Home Theater. So I called. Didn't matter that I wasn't even a patron, one of the employees (Allen--thanks!!) spent 15 minutes on the phone helping to walk me though a few troubleshooting options. He was clear and knowledgeable and patiently explained everything until it was fixed! Will 100% be returning in person with all my audio needs.
